Privacy Policy — Indeed → HR Assessment Hub Chrome Extension

What the Extension Does

The extension adds a “Send to HR Hub” button to Indeed employer pages. When a recruiter clicks the button while viewing a candidate, the extension reads the candidate details visible on that page (name, email, position applied for, and resume text) and sends them to the recruiter's own HR Assessment Hub account. It does nothing until the button is clicked.

What Data Is Handled

Candidate information visible on the Indeed page the recruiter has open: name, email address, position, and resume content. This data is sent directly to the HR Assessment Hub server address the recruiter configured in the extension's settings — and nowhere else.

What Is Stored

The extension stores only two things, locally in the recruiter's own browser: the Hub server address and the access token the recruiter pasted into the settings screen. No candidate data is stored by the extension. No browsing history is collected.

What Is Not Done

• No data is sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising of any kind.
• No background crawling or automated browsing — the extension only acts on the page the recruiter is viewing, when they click the button.
• No data is used for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose of importing a candidate into the recruiter's HR system.
